Terms of Service

Thank you for using the services of YP Alliance (the "Company"). These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of services provided by the Company (the "Services").

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in relation to the use of the website and related services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

  1. "Services" means the website and related services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means a person who uses the Services provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. "Content" means all information, text, images, videos, and other materials provided through the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to all users who intend to use the Services.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, provided that such amendment does not violate applicable laws.
  3. If the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes on the website at least seven days before the effective date.
  4. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Services.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. The Company provides investment and asset management information, portfolio introductions and related materials, investment consultation and inquiry handling services, and other investment-related services determined by the Company.
  2. The Company may modify the Services for operational or technical reasons when there is a reasonable need.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Services when normal service provision is difficult due to regular system inspection, server expansion or replacement, network instability, power outage, facility failure, excessive traffic, natural disaster, or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company will announce service suspension on the website in advance. If advance notice is not possible due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, notice may be provided afterward.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must not engage in identity theft, interference with service operation, defamation or harm to others, distribution of illegal or obscene information, dissemination of false investment information, investment solicitation, or any act that violates applicable laws.
  2. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Article 7 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company.
  2. Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, commercially use, or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Services without prior approval from the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide the Services when service provision is impossible due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure events.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to users.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any loss of expected investment returns arising from use of the Services.
  4. The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of investment information obtained through the Services and is not liable for damages arising from such information.
  5. The Company states that the information provided is not investment solicitation, and all investment decisions must be made at the user's own responsibility.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company and users shall make every effort to resolve disputes arising in relation to the Services amicably.
  2. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial practices.
  3. If litigation arises from use of the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.
